Hot Flash Study
 • 30 to 65 years old
• Naturally or surgically post menopausal
• Moderate to severe hot flashes

Osteoarthritis Study
 • 55 to 74 years old
• Male or female patients

Overactive Bladder
 • 18 years of age

Vulvar Vestibulitis Syndrome
 • 18 to 50 years old
• History of vulvar pain, pain with sexual intercourse, pain with tampon insertion, or severe pain with pressure (from biking, exercise, tight fit clothing) for a period of at least 6 months prior to screening
• Can’t be pregnant or lactating
• In relationship for at least 6 months in which vaginal intercourse is desired

Oral Contraceptive
 • 18 to 45 years old
• Free birth control for 13 months
• Generally Healthy, with regular menses
• Not breast feeding or lactating
• At risk for pregnancy (sexually active)

Endometriosis
 • 18-49 years old
• Laparoscopic Diagnosis of endometriosis within the last 8 years
• Regular menses (28 days ±5 days)
• Moderate pelvic pain due to endometriosis
• If on Oral Contraceptive, willing to stop while in study

Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder
• 30-60 years old
• Undergone a complete hysterectomy prior to natural menopause
• Taking a stable dose of estrogen for at least 3 months prior to study entrance
• In a stable monogamous relationship
• If using androgens, willing to stop while in study
